It is for anyone seeking more calm, clarity, freedom and emotional ease in daily life. It is also a beautiful space to connect with like-minded souls and be part of a supportive, heart-led community.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: Is breathwork safe for everyone?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Breathwork is generally safe, but it is essential to inform me of any medical conditions, such as asthma, cardiovascular issues, or if you\u2019re pregnant. I always adjust sessions to support your individual needs.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: What does a typical group session involve?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Each  2 hour session includes a grounding meditation, opening exercise, an explanation of the breath technique, guided breathwork to music and an optional sharing circle to close.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: What should I bring?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Bring water as you may be thirsty after your breathe, and feel free to bring a journal and pen. If you like support under your knees whilst lying down please bring a bolster\/pillow or cushion.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q. What should I wear.<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">You want to be as comfortable and unrestricted as possible so loose clothing is recommended Leggings are fine too. And socks to keep your feet warm!&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q. Will I breathe sitting up or laying down.<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">You will be lying down for around 45-60 minutes. You can sit up though if you prefer!&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: Will I cry or feel emotional?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">It is possible. And completely normal. Breathwork often releases built-up emotional tension. You are always held in a supportive space, and nothing is forced. You may also laugh and that is wonderful!&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q. What else may I feel during a session?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Because we are doing a continual breath you may experience something called Tetany. This is a clawing sensation in your hands and\/or mouth, it is completely normal and if it feels too much I can guide you back to a normal breath. On a spiritual level it is believed to be due to  tension or emotional feelings we are holding onto.  You may experience a change in body temperature too. There will be energy moving around your body so you may also feel vibrational.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: Can I do breathwork if I\u2019m a beginner?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Yes, breathwork is accessible to everyone. I guide you every step of the way and go at your pace.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: What are the benefits of breathwork?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, emotional release, improved sleep, increased energy, better focus, enhanced creativity, and deeper self-connection.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: Is breathwork safe for trauma healing?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Yes, when guided safely. Breathwork can be a powerful tool for trauma release, but if you are working through significant trauma, please let the facilitator know beforehand.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q. Are you a trained counsellor?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">No I am not, This is not a therapy session. I am here to empower you with finding the answers.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: Can I stop anytime during the session?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Absolutely. You are always in control. You can pause, return to natural breathing, or take breaks as needed.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: Can pregnant women do breathwork?<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Please let me know if you are pregnant and I can offer a more gentle breath, but always consult with your GP first.&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q: Can breathwork replace therapy?<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Breathwork is complementary to therapy but not a replacement. Many find it enhances therapeutic work. Please note I am not a counsellor or therapist&nbsp;<\/span>\n          <br>\n          <br><span class=\"u-text-grey-80\">Q. Is there a class etiquette<\/span>\n          <br><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">Please ensure your phone is set to silent throughout the session.
